Terms and Conditions

Program Overview

Empower Energy Pty Ltd (ABN 98 654 902 600 trading as Empower Energy Australia) (we, us or our), allows you to refer your friends or family to purchase an ElektroBank from Empower Energy and you will receive a cashback payment of $500 for each new customer you refer who installs an ElektroBank 14 system and pays in full.

Family members and friends you refer on this program will receive a discount of $500 off their purchase of an Elektrobank with Empower Energy.

The $500 cashback payment will be made to your account no later than 3 months after the successful installation of the referred customer’s system.

Eligibility

To participate in the Empower Energy Referral Program, you must be a registered Elektrobank owner, and your friend or family member must meet the following criteria:

• Be eligible to install an ElektroBank system, i.e. own the home, or have the owner’s written permission to install a system
• Have a genuine personal relationship (friend or family member) with you
• Comply with all terms and conditions outlined below
• Applies only to direct sales made through Empower Energy. Sales made via third-party installers are excluded.

How to Receive the Reward

Your family member or friend must mention your name at the time of purchase to receive the $500 discount off their first purchase with Empower Energy.

To verify the referral, we may ask the referred customer a few questions about your contact details to confirm they know you personally. This verification process helps ensure the integrity of our Referral Program.

We will process your reward – a $500 cashback payment – once the family member or friend you refer has successfully completed installation of their Empower Energy system and paid in full and the referral has been successfully verified.

Verification Requirements

To verify referrals, Empower Energy may request the referrer’s name, mobile number, and/or address. This helps prevent misuse or unauthorised sharing of referral details online (e.g. Reddit or social media platforms).

Limitations

The $500 referral discount cannot be combined with any other Empower Energy promotions, discounts, or offers. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to any purchases.

Under this Referral Program, you can receive a maximum of 10 referral cashback payments per calendar year.

You are not permitted to refer yourself.

Compliance and Communication

Empower Energy complies with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and we expect you to as well. This means you cannot use our Referral Program to create spam. You should only refer family members or friends who have expressed genuine interest in Empower Energy products.

Privacy

Personal information collected through this Referral Program is handled in accordance with the Empower Energy Australia Privacy Policy. By participating in this program, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected, used and disclosed as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

General Terms

Empower Energy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by Australian law. Any disputes arising from this Referral Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Empower Energy’s decision regarding eligibility, rewards and program terms is final and binding.
